REFUND POLICY

At the Club of Law Students (CLS), we are committed to providing high-quality career counselling services to law aspirants. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be flexible and fair in addressing refund requests. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

General Guidelines

  1. Request for Refund: All refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team at info@cluboflawstudents.in Please include your full name, registration details, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Refund Eligibility: Refund eligibility varies based on the package purchased and the stage of the counselling program. Refunds are processed based on the time of request and services availed.

Refund Policy by Package

Basic Package: Foundation Counseling

  1. Full Refund: Request made within 1 day of purchase and no sessions attended.
  2. Partial Refund: 50% refund if the request is made within 5 days of purchase and no sessions attended.

Standard Package: Comprehensive Counseling

  1. Full Refund: Request made within 1 day of purchase and no sessions attended.
  2. Partial Refund: 60% refund if the request is made within 5 days of purchase and only the initial assessment completed.

Premium Package: In-Depth Counseling

  1. Full Refund: Request made within 1 day of purchase and no sessions attended.
  2. Partial Refund: 70% refund if the request is made within 5 days of purchase and only the initial assessment completed.

Elite Package: All-Inclusive Counseling

  1. Full Refund: Request made within 1 day of purchase and no sessions attended.
  2. Partial Refund: 80% refund if the request is made within 5 days of purchase and only the initial assessment completed.

Special Circumstances

  • Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, a prorated refund may be considered. Medical documentation will be required.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, please contact our support team immediately. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved, a partial refund may be offered based on the unused portion of the services.

Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation call once your refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Scholarships: Fees paid using scholarships are non-refundable.

Discounted Packages: Packages purchased at a discount may have limited refund eligibility, specified at the time of purchase.
